Has anyone ever had a bad experience with a buyer? Let me tell you it will make you sick!I woke up this morning to a neg.&neutral feedback in my Etsy shop from a sale back in July..This buyer never contacted me in the almost 2 months since she purchased...she instead just left me bad feedback.
#1 if you buy candles you need to read that little sticker on the bottom that tells you to keep the wicks trimmed....then they won't smoke!
#2 if you have a package coming (that you know is coming)make arrangements to pick it up,don't leave it on the porch for hours & hours & hours & hours (in July )
The bad thing is that this feedback can NOT be fixed & in the end is only hurting me.....
Has this ever happened to anyone else?

Oh no! I am so sorry to hear that! I have a neutral and some positives that is similar from a buyer. The lady claimed my birthday cake scent was too sweet. She left me a neutral for chocolate, said she didn't like it, but then went on to say it might just be her nose. Go figure! Some people! Try to not worry about it. People will still buy from you! Chin up and try to smile. :-)
